100% of servomotors are programmed, adjusted and checked after repair on the manufacturer’s own or compatible dynamic test benches.
Even structural damage can be repaired: magnetic rebuilding, mechanical rebuilding, rewinding, etc. by our teams in our workshops.

The manufacturers declared them non-repairable, so we took an interest in them as early as 2005, developing rebuilding solutions and continuously improving them through our feedback. We are now the only repairer of linear motors in Europe. We repair both primary elements, windings, and secondary elements, magnets.

Encoder repair is an essential part of our servomotor work, and also meets the needs of machines equipped with external encoders. Our expertise: dynamic testing, cleaning, bearing replacement, signal adjustment.

We also repair other motor sensors: tachometers (TACHY), resolvers and rotor position/feedback sensors, with rebuilding available.

Our expertise includes brake rewinding, repair and rebuilding, including obsolete brakes, mechanical rebuilding (shafts and flanges), as well as changing or rebuilding sprockets. We also carry out dynamic tests to guarantee the performance of each repaired component.
