100% of servomotors are programmed, adjusted and checked after repair on the manufacturer’s dynamic test benches or equivalent.
Even structural damage can be repaired: magnetic rebuilding, mechanical rebuilding, rewinding, etc. by our teams in our workshops.

Manufacturers declared them irreparable, but we took an interest in them back in 2005. We developed reconstruction solutions and have continuously improved them based on our experience. We are now the only linear motor repairer in Europe. We repair primary components (windings) and secondary components (magnets).

Encoder repair is essential in our work on servo motors, and also meets the needs of machines equipped with external encoders. Our expertise: dynamic testing, cleaning, bearing replacement, signal adjustment.

We also repair other motor sensors: tachometers (TACHY), resolvers and rotor position/feedback sensors, with rebuilding available.

Our expertise includes rewinding, repairing and rebuilding brakes, including obsolete brakes, refurbishing mechanical parts (shafts and flanges), and replacing or rebuilding pinions. We also carry out dynamic tests to guarantee the performance of each repaired component.
