Our electromechanical services

We work on a wide range of equipment, covering all types of engines and transmission systems. Our teams repair :

  • Servomotors, induction motors, DC motors, spindle motors, stepper motors, …
  • Linear and torque motors
  • Geared motors and gearboxes: coaxial, orthogonal, planetary, cyclo, Nabtesco, Harmonic Drive
  • Motorized assemblies with specific gearboxes, such as industrial robot wrists.

Precision machining and custom manufacturing

Our dedicated machining team ensures the mechanical reconditioning of spare parts and the rebuilding of worn or obsolete components. Thanks to our high-performance machine park, comprising 8 numerically-controlled (NC) units, we are able to meet high-precision requirements.

Mechanical repair of bearing seats, shaft seals, flange bores; Repair of shaft ends (surface condition, keyways, splines); Customized manufacture of winding molds and jigs; Production of technical parts: spur gears, gearwheels, shafts, brakes, flanges, stators, rotors, seals, etc.

Winding and rewinding

Our specialized team handles the location, rewinding and manufacture of Class H wound stators, as well as inspection using processes adapted to each technology and expected performance level.

Our work covers a wide range of equipment: rewinding of armatures, motor stators and electrospindles, linear motors, brakes, electromagnets, inductors, and DC excited stators.

We also manufacture wound stators for HR-AR servomotors, with over 3,000 units produced.

Stock & Trade

We recover, recondition and recycle engines and spare parts to give them a second life. Thanks to our technical expertise and our repair and machining resources, we are able to reconstitute a complete, functional engine from existing components.

This service enables us to respond rapidly to urgent needs, to compensate for the unavailability of certain part numbers, or to replace obsolete equipment.
